It’s been a while since I read the first two Knockemout books and it was so nice to be back in this world. A classic enemies to lovers romance with plenty of sparks.
I felt like the pacing dragged a little – just get over yourselfs and figure it out already 💀 But I loved the subtle crime/suspense thread running through the story (like in the other books) it added just the right amount of intrigue to keep it interesting.
Aaand I loved the epilogue! It was nice seeing where everyone from all the books ended up a decade later.
