I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of Deals and Dream Spells from the author (thank you, Rachel Morgan!), and let me just say—this book was everything I hoped for and more.
As always, all thoughts and opinions in this review are completely my own – no mather if I get the book for free or not.

My thoughts…
My rating:
I loved this book. From start to finish, it was a magical, romantic ride that had me smiling, swooning, and actually shedding some tears.
At the heart of the story is a brilliant fake-dating, or more accurately a fake soulbond trope that is executed so well. There’s tension, chemistry, and I love the over the top poetry take on the banter.
Like Tempests and Tea Leaves this book also has surprising(?) emotional depth. It’s not just about magical mishaps and swoony moments. It’s about finding the courage to stand up for yourself and choose your own path, even when it means going against what your family or friends expect of you.
The story flows effortlessly, the banter is hilariously over-the-top in the best way, and can we talk about the one pegasus trope? Because it absolutely rivals the iconic “only one bed.”
Rachel Morgan somehow makes every beat feel fresh, funny, and full of heart.
